Seeing Daily OBV up yesterday despite sp moving down. Also OBV up today, possibly on Euro news. OBV moving up indicate accumulation.

Some pure speculation here: The committee is connected. CEO is dumped. Shareholders are spooked and dump 10M at 6.80'ish avg. About 70% of trades are institutional and big money, so about 70% of the spooked shares are picked up by big money semi-insiders. Bid of $9+ accepted and semi-insiders make an easy 15 mill. Again, pure speculation.

Could be a decent entry point if one feels the deal will go through.
