Not good. Sometimes makes for a 10-20% dump, no matter the reasons a CEO leaves.

Interesting how those now in charge are the, "Special Committee," that will determine what is, "in the best interest," for shareholders.

Regardless, sp will somewhat suffer through tomorrow and possibly even Monday.

Might be an entry opportunity for those thinking the sale will go through.
