IVN SP up yesterday to $13.50.

Agreement includes

- financial backing from Rio

- IVN to issue share-purchase rights to shareholders @ $8.34 for a gross proceeds of $1.8 B. Arrangement for rights issue will follow similar procedure similar to that in Jan 2011.
