A recent writeup on Ivanhoe mentions 2 wholly owned...1 is pan china, another is sunwing....are they the same?

another writeup mentiones exxonmobil, shell, conoco-phillips has licenced the exclusive rights to the process throught canada until 2010.......anyone know the terms of this deal.....and does this take ivenhow htl out of business in canada till then?
