do you have a link to write up of shell,exxon and cop and exclusive rights?as far as i know  cop has certain non-exclusive rights to use the tech in canada til 2009 -2010,as part of the agreement signed years ago that also included the test run of cop's bitumen that IVAN completed last summer

someone asked friedland in the CC about ecuador.he said that they are not going to comment on other peoples comments about the htl tech(thats about what i expected)when there is news worthy of a release from IVAN then they will release it and not til that time..re:a contract ,if in fact they get one

personally i dont feel there will be one signed with ecuador until after may 29th. thats when IVAN's annual meeting will take place,the board restructures ans subsidaries get set up,joe gasca officially steps down as pres. and ceo and also resigns from the BOD
