I have no idea what pence is converted to in $C but the activity of itself is good, if the CEO is buying at this level, then it must mean that he believes the company is going to do better in the future.

Having worked at a publicly traded company in the past, there is uaually a blackout period where a director can not buy or sell. This would be in effect when the year end financials are being worked on or if there are any big drill results pending (material news)

In this case Ian could be buying before the period commences.

I would not think we will see any news regarding Stella until at least the end of Q1. I don't even think that they are drilling yet, should start sometime near the end of January.

This could be one of the wildest quarters in the history of this company.
