Its easy to see that Lori and team can get investment money on their own, they dont need a broker to find investors for them which would cost the company more money, in a sense. This tells me that this company also has immense strength going forward. Also the fact that it is done at the .40, this will put pretty much the base in place for the sp until news comes. Also the fact that there is only a few million floating shares, this thing may just keep going up.
