MONTORO ANNOUNCES GRANTING OF STOCK OPTIONS

International Montoro Resources Inc. has granted 1.35 million stock options to its directors, officers, employees and consultants for the purchase of up to 1.35 million common shares of the company, pursuant to its stock option plan. Each option is exercisable for a period of three years at a price of five cents per common share.
