The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1.7 million shares to settle outstanding debt for $84,984.36.

Number of creditors: One creditor

Insider: Belmont Resources Ltd. (Gary Musil and Roger Agyagos), $84,984.36, 1.7 million shares at five cents

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
