International Montoro 105,000 bonus shares

2014-05-30 17:36 ET - Shares for Debt

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 105,000 bonus shares to an arm's-length lender in consideration of a $50,000 (U.S.) loan. The shares will have a deemed price of five cents per share.
