I found that IMT released this news on Stockwatch and if you are not a member you can not see the full News Release.

This news was also released by Five Nines (FIV) and it was on the CNSX.

I've been told that Releasing News Articles to the Media through the various outlets, like Globe and Mail or Thompson Reuters can be expensive, so I guess saving cash is more important now.

Chauncey, as you pointed out in a previous post the cash, shares and 3% NSR which may all be very valuable to us one day.

I believe that this is a good DEAL, this is over a five year period and the NSR can be still be bought back by Five Nines for 1,000,000 for each 1%.

You will note that IMT property was split up, Five Nines Option is for 7 mining claims or 87 units in the southern portion, IMT still has 3 mining claims or 28 units left which is the ANOMALY as shown on the website.

I'm sure we will hear more news coming down the pipe line re: Quarry and settlemnewt with the BC Government in the very near future.
