Mr. Gary Musil reports

MONTORO RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

International Montoro Resources Inc. held its annual and special general meeting on April 13, 2012. At the meeting the shareholders re-elected Gary Musil, Roger Agyagos, Bruce E. Bried and Brent Griffin for the upcoming year.

Shareholders approved, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange, the company's 2012 incentive stock option plan. Shareholders also approved the reappointment of MacKay LLP, chartered accountants, as auditor for the ensuing year and authorized the directors to fix its remuneration.

All other resolutions submitted by management to shareholders for consideration were approved as presented.

At the directors meeting following, the directors reappointed Mr. Musil as president and chief executive officer, and Mr. Griffin as corporate secretary and chief financial officer for the upcoming year.

The board of directors would like to thank the company's shareholders for their continued support in these difficult markets throughout the past year.
