ELD sold Jinfeng mine to partner for USD 300M

This will add a bit more to ELD war-chest (currently at $290 + $375M Cdn?). Since ELD has 15% of ICG, this extra cash seems to generate some discussion about about a potential TO. But, ELD is not the only one who are interested in ICG's assets. Bidding war expected, if someone is making a threatening move.

SP of ICG had a nice jump at the open this morning at high volume.
