Looking toward increasing investment

I am considering moving my True Gold holdings into Integra Gold because of the political situation in Burkina Faso. Quebec is a much more stable location. However I am concerned about the outstanding share issue at 270 mm. I have a small position already in IGM. Any thoughts from other investors.
