Thanks for your postings, Ron, they are appreciated.

I understood Joe Dwek Management Consultants to have substantial holdings in quite a number of Venture stocks and they are prone to large shifts in their various positions, depending on flows of funds in and out by investors. If so, perhaps one could say they are only technical insiders and don't directly act in a Management capacity for the companies they hold shares in. So, not "insider, insiders"!

Ron, (or anyone) can you confirm my understanding? Or add anything to it? Of course, who's to say in any one case that they are not disinvesting for strategic reasons?
