It is quite obvious by your response you didn't want ISM shareholders to see the ISM slate and the directions their Companies have headed under their watch.
I am also sure there may be some ISM shareholders that could have picked away at some UMJ shares along the way and would like to see what the UMJ slate has to say. After watching what Randy has done with the shareholder value of ISM, maybe these individuals are more in favor of having the UMJ slate holding the reins.
And then again, in my opinion, maybe another round loss by Randy is what he is actually looking for. The incentive package of getting tossed by ISM could actually be much more rewarding for him, wouldn't you say?
