Whaler,

Why would ISM shareholders not want to see what UMJ has to say about Randy and his slate? I am sure there are a few ISM shareholders not happy with Randy’s performance to date. One way or the other, this vote will affect ISM shareholders and their investment. It is obvious from the information provided in the UMJ news release Randy and slate don’t have a very good record of adding to shareholder value. In my opinion, it seems the only ones benefiting from what this group is attempting, are the perks and stipends they will shower on each other.
