I am not sure which of the May 10 posts you refer to that shows that number of shares owned, but in the back of my head we have always seen it reported that ISM owns 13,000,000 shares in UMJ

My glance at today's latest INK report shows that as well. Dec 21/10 was the last time there was buying activity and it too shows a final tally 13,000,000 million shares of UMJ owned by ISM

They had reported buying an additional 2,172,000 at prices between .185 and .190 for an account change of 20% in that last big transaction.

As per the related ISM NR it shows a larger number (3,337,000) but that could be adding earlier buys from Dec 14/15 (800K/165K) and Nov 23/25 (274.5K/200K) as per the INK report (1,439,500)

In the end, INK shows they own 13 million and in the last NR as pasted above, it too shows they own 13 million.
