The company is exploring for nickel deposits on its Langmuir property near Timmins, Ontario; for nickel-gold-copper on its Cleaver and Douglas properties; and for molybdenum and rare earth elements at recently acquired Desrosiers property.
"Wow! Do you have you got a microscope I can borrow. From what I can see I highly doubt the ACB is 10 cents, but nice try."
Yes it is small, but I can still read it. Did you see that the first line shows them buying 8.9 million shares at 10 cents? A nice start.
"So when or if the NI43-101 comes along, what impact do you think it will have on the SP whaler? I think it's already too late to release it any time soon as we are nearly half way through May and you know what they say about May and the summer doldrums."
That all depends on the update itself doesn't it? Got a crystal ball in your pocket that I can borrow Vanchester? As for the summer doldrums, this is material information that once presented and released to the company has to be announced. May or not imho.
"As far as Micon controlling the release date goes it's really the data that is inputted to Micon that controls the time slider. If Micon has to keep coming back for clarification or more data then really is that Micon's fault or the one supplying the data? Remember the old saying "garbage in, garbage out"?"
I would assume Micon wants to do this right and according to 43-101 standards. As such they can do as they please in fulfilling this report. Whether it is a delay due to Micon requesting more info or more drilling or what have you is anybody's guess. We do know it is what we saw wrt past delays on the 43-101 as well as Kian's report being delayed. How you related this to garbage is beyond me. For a guy who is all over ISM for the NR that was confusing and stated old drill results, you would think you would be happy that there are possible delays due to the company or Micon or both wishing to do this properly and in full compliance with 43-101 practices/standards. I bet the company learned a few things on the first one they released in Jan 2010.

"As far as counting the days go then I guess we can chalk up another one. I'm just not sure who you mean when you say "us" as in "keep us informed" and "I'm sure you will let "us" know." Just how many people make up the "us" you refer to all the time. Is it a legion or is it just you?"
For clarification, "us" means anyone reading this forum. The contributors made up of shareholders and non shareholders. Anyone choosing to partake in the "ongoing dialogue"... anyone who has read the many "questions" and "suppositions" and "assumptions" who may wish to read further follow up here on the forum wrt ISM and it's ongoing matters and prospects. As for how many makes up the "us" who knows and better yet who cares?
