Once again, I am a shareholder with a positive outlook on the company. I am not paid, I don't work for Agora or ISM. My personal stake is the shares I have owned for quite some time. I wish to see them succeed in achieving their goals and in return I might see my investment grow.

As such, I don't think it is my job as a hubleader (which has no job decription, contract or wages) on a stock forum to gather up the questions of Nickel77, Surething, Heatseeker, or yourself and seek out answers by calling the company and or contacting IR. Do you?

As you all have your own individual concerns, I feel it is my job to provide readers with the information to enable anyone to gather and or find out your own answers. I have done so many times providing the latest contact info. You will see that same info on the end of every news release in fact.

I do know that many of my own questions have no readily available answers or are in fact hard to answer. Many questions can deal with sensitive information. I do say do your own DD and it looks like you gentleman have. You do not wish to own stock in ISM for all your varying reasons and "red flags" So having said that, why bother hanging out here and posting? I do know that if I had grave concerns and saw redflags at every turn, I would walk away so fast and never entertain the thought of being here posting or owning shares.

As for the ISM website concerns I had and wrote to the company about, yes I think it is very important that the company website be upto date and reflect the company's latest news and achievements. It is after all the only real public portal to company information. Do you understand that significance? It is also about investor impressions of the company to see a functioning website. Should I complain a bit more on the forum about wages and salaries, is that more productive for you? Is it a bold new revelation for me and many other readers to discover what Randy Miller is paid or how he is to be compensated should there be a change of control or what have you? My only hope for sending any "messages" is to use my vote accordingly when going into the AGM. Shareholders as such have that right.

As for being the hubleader, yes I have a positive spin, it's simple. Sorry if that comes across as horribly wrong to you and your weekend gang of posters here on the Agora ISM forum.

I have shown balance in the past and you all know it. What becomes unbearable for you is when the company positives start to outweigh your negatives.

I will post accordingly as I am a shareholder and wish to see my investment succeed.
