Both links you provided came very close to the date I referred to that ISM should have the second phase of their Micon Resource Report complete for shareholders to view. It sounds like you are now coming across as if you are expecting ISM to have multiple more phases of Ni 43-101s before investors actually see if ISM has a financially extractable resource in either of the L-1 or L-2 projects? Surely ISM has enough information collected over the last 6 years to get on with this project and prove out either it has an economically extractable resource or not!
