On the employee foodchain, gumboots and shovels aren't for Herb and Ian. However the new geo is another story and I wonder if he is to attend or if he is busy attending his assigned Langmuir duties?? I also would expect that as the new COO and President, Ian S. is well equipped to answer any questions either directly or indirectly that he can within all the confidentiality rules of a publically traded company...etc. etc.
