Well at least it only costs ISM shareholders $11,000 to lose that one. Thats like what.... a day and a half wages for Mr Miller (just joking-sort of).

As far as the National Bank buying, you would thunk that it is mostly one individual or institution through that firm that is accumulating. At say $.35 a share with 2M bought thats about $700,000 invested? Thats some serious coin. And without news, well real news anyway.

Well IMO I see this latest court decision putting ISM between a rock and a hard place as far as trying to re-invent itself through another entity. Question now is what do they do with all that stock. Much harder to sell than to buy. Maybe flip to another company that may have deeper pockets to takeover UMJ? Say Royal Nickel?

Can't say I was surprised by the Ontario Court decision. The saga continues....
