I don't think they can revisit the call of a special meeting until the court case to reverse the private placement has been resolved on March 1 and only if they get the reversal. Without the reversal they don't have the numbers to call the meeting. IMHO I don't think you will see the March 1 case go in their favour either. More legal fees to pay for no gain as I see it.
