The company is exploring for nickel deposits on its Langmuir property near Timmins, Ontario; for nickel-gold-copper on its Cleaver and Douglas properties; and for molybdenum and rare earth elements at recently acquired Desrosiers property.

Yeah there could be many in here that are longterm holders or they could be many who have bought in since the stock was down at the .19-.25 cent groove. Anyone who has been longterm and has managed to "average down" may be seeing better days now?
As I said before, the nickel increments tend to be psychological price points or levels and are simply convenient for those getting in or out. Surprised that the .40 level is virtually empty today :)
Okay I agree with what you say about OBV. I built a chart that really just show three similar indicators but all show that there is accumulation and buying occurring. Wanted to show the exodus out of the stock resulting from the Micon study release 13 months back. You definitely see the exodus for almost 5 months when looking at the Chalkin Money Flow (CMF) Note how the CMF essentially shows the cyclical nature of the price trend and how short term traders likely make money here just getting in and out on trends and price points very similar to how American Bulls would call their in and out points. Isn't there some trading software sold on TV that essentially indicates red light green light to be in or out of a stock? to make money follow the directions sort of thing.
Mid May things take a turn for the better and the OBV starts to TREND upwards with a flurry of trading activity in June, then most indicators flatten and trend sideways for the summer (whats new?) The stock manages to hit those yr lows of .19 in the lulls of summer. Half of what is commanded just 3 months earlier.
You can see the cross linkage in these related indicators in and out push/ pull types. Our latest price channel looks to be establishing itself after Jan 10th in the high 30's
Accumulation is a patient process. Eventually the shareholder base gets turned over at some point. One either wants in or out depending on timeframe and prospects for return on investment....... Here or elsewhere. IMHO
