They really think they are going to be sucessful? Funny how they demand a meeting as a major shareholder (albeit for only a few months/weeks) to put forth their own slate of directors, yet are not happy at loosing their major share holder status by the private placement. Do they really think the other shareholders are not going to see their guise let alone their past performance and vote accordingly? I gueess they must since they have sunk a fair bit of the remaining treasure chest into UMJ. Someone please tell me what the opening line is on the ISM web page. Something about mineral exploration I believe.....or is that a typo and it should be exploitation.
