Whaler, I'll throw this out there. As you can probably tell, I don't see any logical reason for anyone to buy this stock. However what if, we know management has next to nothing invested in this company. The only way they do accumulate anything is mainly through the excercise of options. Rarely do they buy into the market with cold hard cash.
With the cash and other liquid resources on the balance sheet and with so little management ownership, do you think someone else may have their gun sights on this company? Looking to steal it and replace ISM directors the same way they want to replace the URSA board.?
I saw a large bid of 100,000 shares the other day, but the volume has been poor since the 11th. If someone is buying into this story to gut it, they may be a bit stealth like accumulating up to 10%.
