Would that be because there wasn't one?

Your spinout inferences and it's "lack of mention" are meaningless imho. I note that Langmuir, ISM's main asset and focus, has not suffered the same fate as Douglas (as deemed by management) I look forward to the new updated 43-101 in Q1 2011.
