Management services agreement

The Company entered into a management services agreement providing for payment of $30,000 per month for the services of the Chief Executive Officer. That agreement had an initial term of two years but automatically extends thereafter for successive terms of one year, unless terminated by either party 90 days prior to any yearly extension.

That's just under a thousand dollars a day whether it's Christmas, a Sunday or whatever. Must be pretty busy pulling in that kind of coin
