21. COMMITMENTS
a) The Company entered into a management services agreement providing for payment of $30,000 per month for the services of the Chief Executive Officer. That agreement had an initial term of two years but automatically extends thereafter for successive terms of one year, unless terminated by either party 90 days prior to any yearly extension.
b) The Company entered into a management services agreement providing for payment of $12,500 per month for the services of the President. This agreement had an initial term of one year but automatically extends thereafter for successive term of one year, unless terminated by either party 90 days prior to the expiration of the initial term.
