"In March 2010, the Company filed with the TSX a notice to commence a normal course issuer bid. Pursuant to the notice, the Company was authorized to purchase up to a maximum of 6,906.026 common shares in the 12 month period subject to a monthly maximum of 43,766 common shares. During the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, an aggregate of 2,789,500 common shares were purchased pursuant to the normal course issuer bid at an average price of $0.29 per share for a total value of $821,570. Of the 2,789,500 shares purchased, an aggregate of 2,625,500 shares were returned to treasury for cancellation prior to year end with the balance being returned to treasury for cancellation subsequent to year end."
