Welcome To The Inspiration Mining HUB On AGORACOM

The company is exploring for nickel deposits on its Langmuir property near Timmins, Ontario; for nickel-gold-copper on its Cleaver and Douglas properties; and for molybdenum and rare earth elements at recently acquired Desrosiers property.

I just took a look at that company's last MD&A and its financials, but for a whole 5 minutes. So far I would say it looks like a "real" company who's efforts are just starting to turn around. No wonder ISM is jumping on its band wagon. The amount of fully diluted shares is reasonable, management is not riddled with options up the ying yang and their management fees are fair. Company has little debt to worry about and looks to be very cash flow positive now and going forward.

This company would have been a good case example for Liberty on how to do it right. So now with ISM's involvement, whats up with that? Management styles and results are day and night between the two IMO. Either ISM is desperately trying to latch on to something that is working while its own ship flounders?

Or does ISM spread its management ways into this company and treat it like a hedge/vulture fund? Strip it and its cash flow, flip it out for a quick profit? I always said that ISM was acting more like a merchant bank than an exploratory mining company. Its BoD vs UMJ's is day and night for experience and qualifications.

But as you pointed out Whale, ISM is almost at that 20% hurdle. The next step is to sit at this level or come out of the closet and make a hostile bid for the whole UMJ company IMO. And I somehow doubt we will see any of that indicated in the upcoming year end financials as they don't have to disclose anything. really.

You almost have to wonder if the mysterious missing $6,000,000 loan to the unknown entity had something to do with this UMJ acquistion of late? Just speaking out loud. Any other thoughts out there. Now back to that turkey, gobble gobble.
