FP, some of those things may be true (to a point) and some I would take with a grain of salt. But that is what makes a market. its just too bad that the shareholders net worth didn't increase like Miller's these last few years. There's nothing to be too proud about when your stock price is down 95% from its high. Maybe Miller should take a 95% pay cut to reflect his real true worth.

On the other hand it is ironic that ISM has indirectly made more money mining a stock without producing a single tonne of ore. I know of another company that spent close to $150M and never made a cent.

As far as selling Langmuir, I believe it may be a bit difficult to sell tonnes of granite these days (as per the 43-101 - theres nothing there).
