As of the latest INK report, ISM bought another 750K of UMJ Oct 12/10.

According to the last URSA/ISM update in Sept 07/10, they stated they acquired another 1,303,500 shares to make the total as of that NR 8,153,500 common shares of the Company, representing 12.56% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company

IMO They have some more buying to do if they want to hit 20% ownership.
