Inspiration Mining Corporation (the "Corporation") (TSX: ISM)(FRANKFURT: OI8) is pleased to announce that the Corporation has exercised its option to purchase 2% net smelter return ("NSR") interest on the Langmuir project for an aggregate purchase price of $2 million USD. Of this amount, Adrea Capital Corp., a British Columbia private company owned and controlled by an officer and director of the Corporation, received an aggregate $666,667 for its 0.67% NSR interest. After the purchase of the 2% NSR, the Langmuir project is subject to a 1% NSR interest. The Company feels that the return of this asset to the shareholders dramatically enhances shareholder value. The decision to purchase the 2% NSR interest was made due to the strength of the Canadian dollar as compared to its American counterpart.
