After following this company for sometime I somehow get the feeling this purchase was more beneficial for management and not for shareholders. I don't think it had anything to do with the $6M loan as the purchase was worth about $500,000. I also think it says much about how Langmuir will be seen in the future. That is after the failed spin off of it. Tells me the company wants to distance itself from Langmuir as much as possible. Just an opinion. Hopefully the MDnA will fill in the blanks. But I wouldn't count on that.
