If AM were to start the process at anytime you know that that effort would be many times greater than what current management would try to do.

The only real threat I see from current management to hang onto the golden goose would be to convert those many options into actual shares. And since their history shows that those conversions generally just get dumped into the market, I don't see them being used to vote.

The real question is would Allen Mann be willing. Otherwise I don't see any other contender with the potential to stop the games and bleeding of the Treasury.
