Thanks Crusty for the NR
I am reposting so it goes on the board with the attached news release flag, we have been through it before when posting messages that are really NR's,so I am not trying to be repetitious. IMHO this is welcome and overdue news, this should have been how it went in the first place. Get all the ducks lined up and then come out with the "proposed restructuring plan.
So am I right in assuming ISM is no longer trading ex-dividend and we have sucked MM and Langmuir back into our valuation? As such should we not see about 10 or 15 cents be added back onthe market price promptly?
Many shareholders both here and at the other board had brought up the same concerns and it looks like the TSX came in and laid it on them as well....Logical and not rocket science is it? IMHO
"consultation with the Exchange, it has been decided that the establishment of a record date for that proposed spin-out not be set until such time that all conditions relating to the transaction have been met, including obtaining all requisite shareholder approval."
Now I ask people is ISM in it's former entirety presently undervalued at .33 or .32 cents?
