Anyone notice the options Gale Capital gets plus the extra $5k fee? 1,000,000 at $.20 for the next 5 years. Wasn't the IPO at $.40 just six months ago? Notice the director Marc Branson in the press release and his comments about Gale. According to the IPO documents, Marc Branson worked for Gale Capital. Wonder how that came about. Sorry Whale, I know this is NZZ stuff. The two companies are obviously interwined.
