We joke on this board about wading through those things each time they come out, but it is what we have to do to find out what is going on.

There is usually a lot of info buried in there that IMHO could be put in a NR.

This management does NR's only on what the law requires. Doesn't even come close to putting out NR's on everything that the law allows.
