On the contrary, the consideration shown for shareholders as of late in moving all the goalposts is interesting. Very accomodating for some reason?

What exactly would a guy want to see in the form of an NR wrt Cleaver/Douglas? After all, these last 3 NR's are all to do with investors being aware that if they want to be part of this Metal Mines spin out, they have a deadline that is moving for buying the ISM share soon.

After the record date has come and gone, then I would think the NR's pertaining to what properties ISM will hold after the Langmuir is "taken out" will be applicable and pertinent then.

Raises the question doesn't it? What will be the sales story in order to garner interest, new and old, when selling the ISM story to investors? Having Langmuir aka Metal Mines leave the nest as their most advanced stage exploration property will definitely leave the ISM corp. with a void imho.
