EB, Someone touching the ask on a cheap 1,000 share purchase is not a great vote of confidence.

And keep in mind you already owned all three companies through ISM. By busting up the company into three divisions only increases the admin costs.

Extra exchange fees to be listed with required documents. Will all three companies share the office rent and expense that the CEO gets paid for through his personnal holding company? I think its called Andrea or something.
