Yeah you never know what a CEO and his BOD may be thinking when making decisions in running a company.

Boy if we all had a say in some of the decisions huh?

At some point in time they are either good or bad managers of this publically owned company. imho

How about throwing a big name addition to the BOD. A new name into the mix who is a true outsider and is someone who will re-establish faith in the company?
