Seems that when someone wants out, they want out. Chew off your paw and you have freedom. The close yesterday was a great example of that. Someone hit the best bid and now we are always trading with a 2 cent spread even though the market can use half cent increments.

Lack of buyer interest, awareness, promotion or general investor confidence has caused the stock to have little new buyer interest and as a result a lack of price support. So for the time being there will be the odd holder who says to heck with it and bails. The support is not there and we go down each and everytime. aka downtick.

Like yesterdays close, when Dejardiens hit the bids to the tune 19K after Scotia hit it for 15K. Todays open is much of the same. There is Scotia selling as well as a new Anonymous seller who has been selling for some days now. No buyers are here, when there are the sellers see it as another exit point.

The mass exodus is over that can be seen by the fact that our daily average volumes (+200K) are not surpassed with the trading of late. The 64 K traded today is really made up of a guy wanting out at whatever price, he has sold 40K of the 64K at the bid, the other guy sold 18,600 in a similar fashion. So trade wise, the market is seeing people move on at best bid.

Some ask when will the dust settle? When people decide it's a buy, or find a reason to buy. When people decide they will hold and not sell. Pople will decide that they may or may not want to hang on to the stock for the time it will take to realize the goals they mentioned in the last update. Lots of decisions are occurring but it is the small trades now. The rush of the Micon report is behind us. dribbles and drabbles are what we are seeing.

FYI RSI or relative strength is now at 2 yr lows. These technical levels I watch and chart are very low.

Lastly watch how the trades transpire, some take all afternoon before they finally occur. These days are boring to watch, a guy is either in for the ride or moving on and a month after the news some are still making that decision today.

I like to watch the accumulation and the buying off the backs of those who have moved on or given up on this horse. That's my focus, The Scotia on the buy side has managed to grab 47K of that 64K. He knows the sellers will come to him. He wants stock and he plays a patient game accumulating stock. IMHO
