Maroons, maybe you should phone Mr Miller (note that new number) and tell him that. It seems that each and every AGM people don't seem to mind Mr Miller being CEO and President. It also seems that they don't mind his remuneration at those meetings either. I would suspect his salary has been no secret (until just lately?) as it's been in the filings 1/4 after 1/4.
