They are not two different things if one, its excersed, then two, their sold in the market. They are still part of the same fully dilluted number of shares. The only difference is that 20 grand goes into the companies coffers.
And true its only 100,000 shares if sold. Salaries lol. Mr. Millers salary and benefits are rising faster than a Latin Americian country's inflation rate of the 1970's! Maybe the other directors are taking cuts so he can raise his own.
And yes you are correct to say it is a very decent deposit still but its size limits its prospects greatly.
I would predict that Miller doesn't spend a dime on Langmuir going forward. Thats in his best interest.
