In my opinion the indicated being so far below everyone's expectations has caused the sell-off. The sellers aren't looking at the inferred, the deep and the exploratory at Langmuir, and certainly not at the other prospects. The seller's don't want to wait, and the buyers are looking to the future. IMHO

Looks to me like the buyers have come from a number of different houses.
