I don't recall an NR announcing anything when ISM acquired Desrosiers. We found that out digging/wading through the quarterly Sedar filing back in the day.

So who knows what the rules are for disclosure? Re: the loan, does the fact that it is in the Sedar filing suffice? I don't know?
