I don't know, Whaler, if the disclosure that there was a loan meets the regulatory requirements for filing, but regardless I don't believe it meets the moral and ethical requirements of letting shareholders know what you are doing with their money, IMHO. It also fuels concern and distrust as non-transparency often does.
