Once again Nickel, you are assuming that flow thru monies would be eligible for the Micon report. My understanding is that flow-thru monies MUST be used for exploratory issues only. We have seen lots of "exploratory" drilling in that required time frame. Could they have drilled $6M worth of drilling going into a credit crises? Would that have added $6M to the value of this project? Is it worth spending $1 to earn $.05? I guess the company in their wisdom saw fit to say no considering the circumstamces. Pay a refund and move on. And they did.
